[ols-announce] Paper Proposal Submission Open

The link to submit proposals for papers, bird of a feather sessions, and 
meetings at the 2004 Linux Symposium is now active.
Please keep in mind the lenght of time available to submit proposals is 
significantly shorter this year and avoid procrastination.  If you wait until 
it is too late chances are your proposal will not be considered.
