Michael J. Brim

Michael J. Brim is a research associate working jointly with the Computer Science and Mathematics Division of Oak Ridge National Laboratory and the Computer Science Department at the University of Tennessee. His work involves research on high performance and cluster computing, with special focus on developing scalable and reliable cluster administration software. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Ohio Northern University, from which he graduated with high distinction and ranked number one in his major. Recently, Michael has been involved in the founding of the Open Cluster Group, a collaboration between industry and government partners aimed at providing a complete open-source high performance clustering solution.
