In order to submit your paper, you will need to provide a SSH public key. Instructions are included in the example.pdf document.

Tips for Authors

Kindly read through the following "Tips & Tricks" that will help you ensure your paper is properly formatted. It will save a lot of time if your paper is submitted correctly the first time.

• Get the Templates, and read the example.pdf in it, preferably with example.tex onscreen as well. It can really help
• You can use blank.tex as a starting point for your paper. Or you can use example.pdf and delete the unwanted parts.
• Use the macros we provide, they'll save you time and trouble. It is much easier to type \ident{without_extra_escapes} than \texttt{with\_extra\_escapes}. The \url and \code are also useful. They're all covered in example.pdf.
• Use a Linux system, especially if you have a lot of figures. Converting proprietary graphics formats isn't fun for anyone. Remember to use structured graphics; bitmaps are not acceptable, except for photographs or screenshots.
• Use Subversion rather than sending tarballs and patches by email. (The initial submission can be via email).
• Ensure that your paper builds correctly. You should be able to run make and have a PDF generated in the output directory.
• Have a question? Feel free to ask, especially if you're going to use the answer repeatedly. Better to use the best approach the first time around and save your editing time for perfecting the text.
