Do I need a Visa to visit Canada?

If your passport was issued in one of the following countries you qualify for the Visa waiver programme and do NOT need to apply for a Vistors Visa. Additional details can be found by going to the Government of Canada website.

Andorra, Antigua, Arbuda, Australia, Austria, Bahamas, Barbados, Belgium, Botswana, Brunei, Costa Rica, Cyprus, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Israel (National Passport holders only), Italy, Japan, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Malta, Mexico, Monaco, Namibia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Papua New Guinea, Portugal, Republic of Korea, St. Kitts and Nevis, St. Lucia, St. Vincent, San Marino, Singapore, Solomon Islands, Spain, Swaziland, Sweden, Slovenia, Switzerland, United States, and Western Samoa;

Persons lawfully admitted to the United States for permanent residence who are in possession of their alien registration card (Green card) or can provide other evidence of permanent residence.

British citizens and British Overseas Citizens who are re-admissible to the United Kingdom;

Citizens of British dependent territories who derive their citizenship through birth, descent, registration or naturalization in one of the British dependent territories of Anguilla, Bermuda, British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands, Falkland Islands, Gibraltar, Montserrat, Pitcairn, St. Helena or the Turks and Caicos Islands;

Requesting a Visitors Visa Invitation Letter

If you require a visitors Visa to enter Canada we can provide you with an invitation letter to help smooth things out for you. Obtaining a letter is subject to the following condition.

You must be registered to attend the event and paid in full OR be an accepted presenter attending to present a technical paper.

You must have a Canadian address for where you will be staying during the event. This means booking your hotel early and this may be checked on my the government official issuing your Visa.

You must provide all of the following information (without exception) and may be asked to provide additional information if needed. If you skip any details your letter will not be issued.
