Linux Test Project

Subrata Modak (subrata@linux.vnet.ibm.com)

We believe that the main issue preventing more contribution to the LTP (Linux Test Project) - is their lack of familiarity with the infrastructure provided by the LTP including how to write their own test cases. This results in most unit tests being written and kept private while contributing these test cases to the LTP would make them available to the development community in general.
We will show you how to develop unit test cases with the help of the LTP-DEVEL packages, and how to send them upstream to the LTP for merge. We will also cover how to use the LTP effectively.  This tutorial targets both deveopers and  software testers.
