Centre Mont-Royal

The venue for the 2009 Linux Symposium is the Centre Mont-Royal located in Montreal, Canada. The Centre is a very modern facility equipped with numerous meeting rooms, board rooms, integrated audio and video facilities and a full lecture hall theatre. The building also features panoramic glass windows surrounding the common areas allowing in ample natural daylight.

The Centre Mont-Royal is located at 2200 Mansfield Street, Montreal (Quebec) H3A 3R8 Canada right in the heart of downtown Montreal.

Wireless Networking

Thanks to wireless networking hardware provided by Cisco Systems we will once again have a reliable 802.11 network for the 2009 Symposium. We will also be bringing in even more bandwidth to support the wireless for 2009.
