Linux Network Multiple Hardware Queues Support

This paper describes the design and implementation for the network multiqueue patches, which involves the changes for the network SoftIRQ, Qdisc and generic network core APIs. In the end, it also takes the E1000 and IPW2200 drivers as examples to illustrate how the TX parallelization and MAC level QoS are achieved  with the new network multiqueue feature.

The target audience is assumed to have basic kernel knowledge. More Linux network stack and core function knowledge are prefered.
