BOF on RealTime issues

The purpose of this BOF is to discuss issues on RT features currently in Ingo Molnar's -rt tree such as Proirity Inheritance and its relevance in the kernel, priority ceiling support, Mainline acceptance of -RT features, Any RT features that are missing in -rt tree (??) that people like to see included.

It could be extended to include other issues such as discussion on latency measurement tools and applications and POSIX conformance of the RT extensions.

Also I was hoping to hear some user experiences with Ingo's RT tree as compared to some of the other RT solutions around
