GPL violations BOF

More and more software and embedded devices are running linux. While this is great news, some of the vendors don't play by the rules, specifically the GPL license terms.

The netfilter/iptables project has recently spent a lot of effort to legally enforce the GPL terms. Together with numerous amicable agreements, there was also a preliminary injunction obtained at a german court.

This Meeting tries to inform fellow developers of free software about our experience in enforcing the GPL in and out of court.
