To register for the event you must first create an account in our system. The person who will be attending the event must create this account; it can not be done by a 3rd party.

NOTE: If you created an account in 2004 or later it still exists and you should use it again. If you are unable to remember the email address you used or are unable to access an old email account you should <a href='register_form.php>create a new account.
