David Engebretsen
David Engebretsen obtained a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the
University of Minnesota in 1997. His thesis work involved the
application of new compiler techniques for the utilization of novel
processor microarchitectures. David is currently employed at IBM in
Rochester, Minnesota where he has worked in hardware system architecture
and operating system support for the clustering of systems. His current
work involves improving support for Linux implementations on the PowerPC
hardware platforms.
